Moose Jaw Lodge No. 7
The Moose Jaw Lodge was the seventh Elks Lodge to be created in Canada. We had our own building until 2008. Now we rent office space from the Legion and hold our meetings and most of our events there. We have about 50 members, about 20 active. We're active in the community with a variety of fundraisers, events and fund distribution. We're growing: we have initiated more than 10 members since September of 2015.Many of our members have served or are serving in the Provincial Association. We use the Elks Ritual in half of our monthly meetings; the rest are round-table. We have hosted numerous provincial events and a few national ones.
